Established by the North American Vegetarian Society in 1977, the celebration aims “to promote the joy, compassion, and life-enhancing possibilities of vegetarianism.” At Kitchen Stories, we fully support individuals finding and embracing a diet that fits their lifestyle and brings them a sense of purpose. Therefore, in honor of World Vegetarian Day, we’ve collected 6 of our favorite, hearty vegetarian dishes for your dining pleasure!
