“This vegan chocolate pudding is extremely tasty! I’m personally not a huge fan of chocolate but this pudding is one of the best chocolate-based recipes that i’ve ever had, so I had to share it with you guys! I hope you enjoy it, I promise the wait is totally worth it❤️🌱🍫”

Utensils

  • saucepan
  • ramekin
  • Step 1/4

    • ½ cup Vegan cocoa powder
    • 2 cups Almond milk (or any dairy free milk)
    • 1½ cups Organic sugar (to make sure it’s vegan)
    • 5 tbsp Cornstarch
    • 1 tbsp coconut oil
    • saucepan

Put all of the ingredients inside a medium sized saucepan, and set over medium heat. Mix regularly until the mixture gets a denser consistency, about 10 minutes

  • Step 2/4

    • ramekin

Remove from heat and transfer the mixture into small ramekins. It should cover at least five of them

  • Step 3/4

Let them cool at room temperature for about 30 minutes, and then set on the fridge for another 2:30 hours so it can set properly

  • Step 4/4

Before serving, decorate them with your favorite toppings! I personally used crushed oreos (they’re vegan!) and some flowers so it looks like a mini flower pot, perfect for the kids in the house!
