    • tbsp water

    In a food processor, mix dates with water and oil until you reach a paste like consistency

  • Step 2/7

    • ¼ tbsp almond butter

    Add almond butter and blend

    • ½ tbsp black cocoa powder

    Once combined, add cocoa powder and mix

  • Step 4/7

    • cup almond flour

    Lastly, add almond flour and process until fully combined and the mixture has a dense consistency to it

    Pour the other batch of cocoa powder into a small but wide bowl

  • Step 6/7

    To make the truffles, take about one tablespoon equivalent of the mixture with your hands and roll it into balls. Then dip the ball into the bowl with cocoa powder to cover the truffles with it

    Optional: chill your truffles in the fridge for about 30 minutes and enjoy!
