    • ½ lb ground beef
    • ½ egg
    • ¼ red onion
    • ½ clove garlic
    • ½ tbsp parsley

    Mix meat balls.

    • cast iron pan (large)

    Heat large drizzle of olive oil in large pan. Cook meatballs until brown on all sides, about fifteen minutes total.

    • 1 tbsp butter

    In a separate pot add the coconut oil and butter over high heat until it starts to lightly brown.

    • ½ cup beef stock
    • ½ tbsp mustard
    • ½ cup heavy cream
    • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

    Once the coconut oil and butter are lightly browned reduce heat to medium and add the rest of the ingredients. Simmer until thickened. About 20 minutes. Add meatballs and scrapings from the meatball pan.
