  • Step 1/4

    Strawberry smoothie: Add strawberries (save a few for garnishing), one banana and fresh rosemary sprig (about 2 teaspoons), milk and honey into a blender and pulse until smooth.
    • 2 bananas
    • cups strawberries
    • 1 sprig rosemary
    • ¾ tbsp honey
    • cup milk

    Strawberry smoothie: Add strawberries (save a few for garnishing), one banana and fresh rosemary sprig (about 2 teaspoons), milk and honey into a blender and pulse until smooth.

  • Step 2/4

    • 2 cups granola
    • ½ cup chopped mixed nuts

    Use two shallow bowls. Add a cup of granola then a quarter cup of nuts in each bowl.

  • Step 3/4

    • ¼ cup blueberry
    • 4 tbsp chia seeds
    • 5 figs

    Add fresh figs, strawberries, banana, blueberries and sprinkle each bowl with two tablespoons of chia seeds.

  • Step 4/4

    Add yogurt or milk if needed.
