Add sugar to a frying pan over medium-low heat. Caramalize sugar, while stirring constantly to avoid burning.
Step 2/2
- 50 ml water
When sugar is fully dissolved and amber colored, slowly add water and allow to reduce until sugar is dissolved. Serve with various desserts and enjoy!
