    Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.

    • ½ head Cauliflower, cut into florets

    In a large mixing bowl, combine cauliflower and broccoli florets. Add sliced onions to it.

    • ½ tbsp Italian herb mixture
    • 1 tbsp olive oil

    In a small bowl, combine olive oil, Sal, garlic and herbs. Pour mixture over veggies and toss.
