Cooked spinach with out water. About 15 minutes
Step 2/6
- 1â tbsp vegetable oil
- â onion
- â tsp salt
- â tsp black peppercorn
- â tsp cayenne pepper
- â tsp garlic powder
- Œ tsp ground ginger
- â tsp nutmeg
- â tsp ground turmeric
Cut onion to small pieces. Sabte in oil. Add all seasonings
Step 3/6
- 180 g lamb legs
Cut the lamb to cubes add to onion until change the color

- â l beef stock
Add stock and cooked for 45 minutes
Step 5/6
- 60 g plums
- 1â tbsp lemon juice
Add plums and lemon juice and cooked for 20 minutes to reduce water.
Step 6/6
Served with cooked rices
