Ingredients
Utensils
saucepan
Step 1/ 5
- 300 g chicken thighs (boneless)
To begin with, take the chicken breasts and slice them into bite-sized pieces.
Step 2/ 5
- 1Πtbsp cooking oil
- saucepan
In a saucepan, add the oil and sautĂ© the chicken until cooked. This would ideally take about 7-10 mins, stirring intermittently. Because Iâm based in England, Iâm using Tescoâs pre-marinated peri-peri chicken but you can feel free to marinate your meat however you may prefer it. My suggestion would be some turmeric, salt, a dash of paprika, lemon juice, ginger garlic paste, some ketchup/sriracha and some Chili flakes.
Step 3/ 5
Transfer the cooked chicken to a dish and allow to cool.
Step 4/ 5
- 250 g macaroni
- 1œ tsp salt
In the same saucepan, add salt and water and boil your macaroni as per the instructions on the packet. Iâm using Tescoâs macaroni but feel free to choose any type of pasta you prefer. Allow the pasta to boil for about 10-12 minutes then strain and keep aside.
Step 5/ 5
- 100 g tomato basil sauce
Add the chicken to the pasta and stir and bring it back on a low heat. Stir in the bolognese sauce and allow it to simmer lightly, making sure the pasta doesnât stick to the bottom. Top with grated mozzarella and serve hot!
Enjoy your meal!
