Step 1/2
- 50 g goji berries
- 1 banana
- 2 oranges
- cutting board
- knife
Reconstitute goji berries in water for 5 – 10 min. Peel and dice banana. Peel and segment orange.
Step 2/2
- 250 g grapes
- 50 g arugula
- 400 ml water
- 5 ice cubes
- honey (optional)
- blender
Add bananas, oranges, grapes, arugula, water, ice cubes, and berries to blender. Blend on high for approx. 1 - 2 min. until well mixed. Add some honey for more sweetness, if desired. Enjoy as a snack or for breakfast!
