Ingredients

1 cup milk
egg
1 tbsp vegetable oil
2 tbsp butter (melted)
⅛ oz vanilla extract
1 cup flour
2 tbsp sugar
½ tsp salt
2 tsp baking powder
  • Step 1/3

    In a medium bowl, mix wet ingredients. In a separate, smaller bowl, mix dry. Slowly add dry to wet. Combine well, but don’t overmix.

  • Step 2/3

    Cook in pan over low-medium heat. Drizzle a little vegetable oil in the pan. Using a 1/4 measuring cup, pour batter into the pan, gently shaking the pan to spread it out.

  • Step 3/3

    Once bubbles start to form and pop in the center, flip pancake over and cook for equal amount of time. Transfer to serving plate.
