250 ml milk
200 g sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
eggs
400 g flowers
3 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
200 g white chocolate chips
250 g raspberries

  • 2 hand mixers with beaters
  • 2 spatulas
  • muffin liner
  • muffin tin
  • Step 1/6

    • 125 ml vegetable oil
    • 250 ml milk
    • 200 g sugar
    • 1 tsp vanilla extract
    • eggs
    • hand mixer with beaters

    Mix until well blended

  • Step 2/6

    • 400 g flowers
    • 3 tsp baking powder
    • 1 tsp salt
    • 200 g white chocolate chips
    • spatula

    Mix in different bowl

  • Step 3/6

    • hand mixer with beaters

    Mix together content of the two bowls

  • Step 4/6

    • 250 g raspberries
    • spatula

    Add raspberries

  • Step 5/6

    • muffin liner
    • muffin tin

    Distribute over 24 muffin liners

  • Step 6/6

    Bake for 45 minutes at 200C
