Ingredients

1½ scoops flour
¼ tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
1 tbsp salt (for sprinkling)
¼ scoop brown sugar
½ scoop sugar
egg
½ tsp vanilla extract
1½ scoops ground walnuts
1 tbsp milk

Utensils

  • large bowl
  • whisk
  • 2 spatulas
  • Step 1/9

    • 1½ scoops flour
    • ¼ tsp baking soda
    • ½ tsp salt
    • large bowl

    Sift all the dry ingredients in a big bowl

  • Step 2/9

    • ¼ scoop brown sugar
    • ½ scoop sugar
    • egg
    • ½ tsp vanilla extract
    • whisk

    Mix all wet ingredients

  • Step 3/9

    • spatula

    Mix the wet ingredients to the larger bowl with the dry ingredients

  • Step 4/9

    • 1½ scoops ground walnuts
    • spatula

    Add ground walnuts to batch

  • Step 5/9

    • 1 tbsp milk

    If dough is crumbly and dry add milk so the dough is wet but is firm

  • Step 6/9

    Put dough into cookie tray and bake in the oven at 350degrees celsius

  • Step 7/9

    Cool cookies (flipped over on opposite side) for 15 minutes

  • Step 8/9

    Sprinkle salt

  • Step 9/9
