Mango Cacao Mousse

- 1 avocado
- 2 mangoes
- 50 ml coconut milk
- 2 tbsp raw cacao powder
- 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tbsp moringa powder (optional)
Halve avocado, remove the pit and scoop out the flesh. Blend with mangoes, raw cacao powder, ground cinnamon, moringa and coconut milk until you get the consistency of a thick, creamy mousse.
- 150 g mixed berries
- 3 tbsp passion fruit seeds
Halve mixed berries, scoop out seeds from a fresh passion fruit.
- 2 tbsp goji berries
- 2 tbsp cacao nibs
- 1 tbsp chamomile petals (optional)
Serve your mousse in bowls with mixed berries, passion fruit, goji berries, cacao nibs, and garnish with chamomile petals.
