    • 11⅛ g sweetened condensed milk
    • bowl

    Put the condensed milk into a bowl.

  • Step 2/4

    • ⅓ limes

    Zest and juice the lemons and add to the bowl, leaving a teaspoon for the top of the tarts

  • Step 3/4

    • 22¼ ml Whipping cream
    • spatula

    Whip the cream until soft peaks and fold into mixture.

  • Step 4/4

    • 2 Shortcrust pastry Tartlets

    Fill the tartlets with the filling and top with the excess zest
