pancetta
½ bag
green lentil
tbsp
crème fraîche
parsley
½ l
stock cube

pork sausages

  • Step 1/8

    • celery
    • carrots
    • 1 onions

    Finely chop the vegetables

  • Step 2/8

    • 75 g pancetta

    Heat the pan with some oil and fry the pancetta

  • Step 3/8

    Add the veg and soften them

  • Step 4/8

    • ½ l stock cube

    And the stock and simmer gently until almost all evaporated

  • Step 5/8

    • ½ bag green lentil

    Add the drained lentils and season to taste

  • Step 6/8

    • 4 pork sausages

    Grill the sausages in the oven

  • Step 7/8

    • tbsp crème fraîche

    When most of the moisture has gone, add the creme fraiche

  • Step 8/8

    • parsley

    Add the grilled sausages and sprinkle with parsley
