Italian Pasta Dough
pour the flour onto a work surface, form a hill and then make a trough into which you can put the eggs.
Then whip the eggs with a fork and mix in more and more flour from the edges. Then you can either knead the dough by hand for about 10 minutes or have it kneaded in an electric mixer.
Leave the dough in the fridge for at least an hour and you can use it for all kinds of pasta.
