How to prepare pomelo

Step 1/2
- 2 pomelo
- cutting board
- knife
Trim the top and bottom of the pomelo. Slice it lengthwise 8 times, shallow enough to just go through the peel. Remove the individual strips of peel with your fingers.
Step 2/2
- paring knife
Divide the pomelo in half with your hands. Remove segments and use a small knife to trim away any pith. Use a knife to slice the segments into pieces, or separate the flesh into even smaller pieces with your hands. Enjoy!
