How to peel tomatoes

Slice a small cross on the bottom of each tomato.

Bring a pot of water to a boil. Blanch tomatoes for approx. 30 sec. Then use a slotted spoon to transfer them to a bowl filled with water and ice.
Step 3/3
Remove tomatoes from the bath and drain. Now the skins can be easily peeled off and the tomatoes are ready to use for any recipe!
