"Vanilla extract, which is delicious for adding some sweetness and the scent of vanilla to smoothies, desserts, pastries, and much more, can also easily be made at home. Our simple video recipe doesn't require any alcohol and uses only 3 simple ingredients that you might even already have at home. When caramelizing the sugar, make sure you don't let it brown too long and that the pan is not too hot, otherwise, the sugar will quickly harden and your homemade vanilla extract won't have the syrupy consistency you’re looking for."
