Homemade tahini dressing

Step 1/2
- 2 cloves garlic
- 5 g parsley
- 200 g yogurt

Peel and mince garlic. Pluck parsley leaves and mince. Add yogurt to a bowl. Add garlic and parsley.
Step 2/2
- ½ lemon
- 4 tbsp tahini
- salt
- pepper
- citrus press
Halve lemon and press juice into the bowl. Add tahini, and season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir to combine. Enjoy as a salad dressing or as a dip for crudité!
