|1 tsp||baking powder|
Preheat oven to 200°C / 400°F. Separate eggs, adding yolks and whites to separate stand mixer bowls. Add salt and some of the sugar to egg whites and beat until stiff peaks form.
Add remaining sugar to egg yolks and mix well. Add yolk mixture to egg whites and gently fold to combine. Add starch to batter. In a seperate bowl, combine baking powder and flour and sift half of it into batter and genly fold to combine. Repeat with remaining flour mixture.
Pour batter out onto a lined baking sheet and spread into an even layer. Bake in preheated oven at 200°C/400°F for approx. 30 min., or until golden brown. Cut out small rounds using a small round baking form. Enjoy!
