"This is a great recipe to impress friends and family. This recipe takes a lot of muscle for kneading so you’ll get a workout. You can also use olive oil to prevent dough from sticking to plastic wrap. Enjoy!"

1 tsp
salt

  • Step 1/7

    • 1 cup flour

    Put flour in a bowl and form in to a well

  • Step 2/7

    • 2 Eggs
    • 1 tsp salt

    Crack eggs and mix in 1 at a time then add salt

  • Step 3/7

    • flour (for dusting)

    Knead dough for 7-10 minutes using flour to prevent sticking

  • Step 4/7

    Cover dough with plastic and rest for at least 30 minutes

  • Step 5/7

    Roll at dough very thin and cut into long strips or use a pasta maker if you have one

  • Step 6/7

    Boil pasta for 1-3 minutes until ready (fresh pasta cooks very quickly)

  • Step 7/7

    Serve immediately with whatever toppings or sauce you want

  • Enjoy your meal!
