“MY HEALTHY & FOOL PROOF CHOC CHIP COOKIES🍪 I came up with my own choc chip cookie recipe that is literally so easy to make and they are so yum! They don’t have any added sugar but of course it can easily be added, other substitutes may include: honey, rice malt syrup or maple syrup that can also be added. Ingredients

Servings:-12+
250 g rolled oats
2 tsp baking powder
10 pitted dates
120 ml water
2 tsp vanilla extract
egg
100 g chocolate chips
3 tbsp creamy peanut butter (for thickening)

Utensils

  • Step 1/11

    Preheat oven to 180°C and line baking trays.

  • Step 2/11

    • 250 g rolled oats
    • 2 tsp baking powder

    In a blender: blend the oats to fine flour consistency. Mix in baking powder and set aside

    • 10 pitted dates
    • 120 ml water
    • 2 tsp vanilla extract

    In a blender: add the potted dates, vanilla extract and water. Blend until smooth.

    Add the wet date mixture to the dry oat flour mixture and mix until combined.

    Crack the egg into the mixture. Mix until combined.

    • 100 g chocolate chips
    • 3 tbsp creamy peanut butter (for thickening)

    Add in the chocolate chips. If the mixture is too thick, add a tablespoon at a time of the milk of your choice until the mixture is sticky enough. Adding peanut butter is optional at this step.

    Chill in the fridge for 20 minutes.

  • Step 8/11

    Once chilled, form cookie dough into circles and place on baking trays.

    Bake for 8-10 minutes.

    One golden, allow cookies to cool for 10 minutes.
