bowl, wooden spoon, whisk

    • 19¾ g light brown sugar
    • 10 g unsweetened shredded coconut
    • 9 g rolled oats
    • 5 g wheat bran
    • tsp baking powder
    • 13⅓ g sunflower seeds
    • 15 g raisins
    • 3 g poppy seeds
    • 12 g Nutty Wheat
    • bowl
    • wooden spoon

    Mix all dry ingredients

    • ¼ eggs
    • whisk

    Whisk eggs and add to dry ingredients

  • Step 3/5

    • 20 ml buttermilk

    Add buttermilk to mixture

  • Step 4/5

    • 5 ml low-fat milk

    Rinse buttermilk carton with milk and add to mixture

  • Step 5/5

    Place in breadpan or muffin tray. Bake in oven at 180C for 30-40 minutes
