1 slice leek
potatoes
100 g ground meat
40 cl water
stock cube
2 pinches sweet paprika powder
2 pinches chili powder
1 pinch pepper
garlic
1 tsp tomato purรฉe
1 pinch salt
1 ml vegetable shortening

  • 2 cooking spoons

    Rinse and disc the leek

    Rinse and disc the potatoes

    • 100 g ground meat
    • 1 ml vegetable shortening
    • saucepan
    • cooking spoon

    Heat the shortening in a frying pan. Steak the leek and the meat in 3 minutes.

    Add potatoes, water, stock cube, paprika powder, chili powder, pepper and garlic. Let the soup cook up.
