Ingredients

4½ flour
eggs
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp oil
2 tsp baking soda
1¼ milk
1 pinch salt
600 g chicken breasts
hard boiled eggs

    • 4½ flour
    • eggs
    • 2 tbsp butter
    • 2 tbsp oil
    • 2 tsp baking soda
    • 1¼ milk
    • 1 pinch salt

    Mix all of the ingredients for the dough, adding more flour if needed. After well mixed, leave the dough resting.

    • 600 g chicken breasts

    Cook the chicken breast and shred it. Braise with onions, garlic, salt and pepper, add pepper other spices of your choice.

    Preheat the oven at 180 degrees. Divide the dough into two pieces, one for the bottom of the pie and the other for covering the pie. Using a rollingpin and flour, spread the bottom dough until it covers your tray.

    Fill the tray with the bottom dough covering all of it, pressing into every corner. Spread the shredded chicken filling, harmoniously put the cut hard boiled eggs into the top and cover the pie with the upper part of the dough. Don't forget to close every corner alongside the bottom dough.

    Put the pie into the preheated oven for 45 minutes until the crust is well cooked. You can check with a fork if the pie is already done after 35 or so, depending on the oven. Enjoy!
