eggplant
5 cloves garlic
dill
4 tbsp olive oil
1 cup distilled white vinegar

    • eggplant
    • 4 tbsp olive oil

    Fry eggplant circles in olive oil

  • Step 2/8

    • 1 cup distilled white vinegar

    Soak fried eggplant pieces in white vinegar for 5 minutes

  • Step 3/8

    • dill

    Chop fresh dill

  • Step 4/8

    • 5 cloves garlic

    Chop garlic

  • Step 5/8

    Get the eggplant out of that vinegar and press down using a plate to squeeze out the rest of vinegar sauce

  • Step 6/8

    Locate eggplant nicely onto a serving plate

  • Step 7/8

    Top with a drop of olive oil

    Add chopped dill and garlic
