Ingredients

pasta
175 g
ham
400 ml
cream
100 g
cheese
2 cloves
garlic
50 g
butter
oregano
salt
pepper

  • Step 1/5

    • 175 g ham
    • 2 cloves garlic

    Cut the ham in small pieces. Peel the garlic.

  • Step 2/5

    • ¼ kg pasta

    The next one is the pasta. Boil water and make it as you like.

    • 50 g butter

    Start to melt the butter in a big pan, and add the ham. Cook it until browned.

    • 400 ml cream
    • oregano
    • salt
    • pepper

    Now add the cream, the garlic and the spice (taste of you) too. And cook it for a while. I usually do it until boiling a little.

  • Step 5/5

    • 100 g cheese

    Add the pasta to the cream and shred the whole cheese into it. Now mix it well. And it’s done!
