Ingredients

Pieces:-30+
200 g rolled oats
300 g butter
100 g sliced almonds
250 g Flour
2 bags vanilla sugar
100 g almond flour
225 g sugar
eggs
50 g raisins
  • Step 1/4

    Roast the oatmeal in a pan with the butter until it‘s light brown and put it in a large bowl.

  • Step 2/4

    Add all the other ingredients and stir it with a hand mixer. Let it cool down for 20-30 minutes in the fridge.

  • Step 3/4

    Roll the dough between two aluminium foils out ,and cut out cookies with a cookie cutter.

  • Step 4/4

    Put the cookies in a preheaded oven and let them bake at 200 degrees for about 10minutes. Enjoy!!
