Stir the butter and the sugar until frothy and add the lemon peel, the lemon juice, the 3 egg yolks, the flour and the baking powder.
Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt to snow and add it under the dough.
Butter the cake tin, sprinkle it with flour and put the dough into the mold.
Put in the oven and bake at 190 degrees for 30 minutes.
Let it rest for about 10 minutes and spread the icing from lemon juice and powdered sugar over the cake. (optional: add lemon slices on top to decorate) ENJOY!!!🍋🍋🍋
