|400 ml||lukewarm water|
|80 ml||olive oil|
Dissolve yeast in lukewarm water. Combine flour and salt, make a well in the center, and pour in the yeast water and olive oil. Knead until dough is smooth. If dough is too dry or wet, add extra water or flour. Knead for approx. 10 min. and then proof the dough, covered with a kitchen towel, for approx. 45 min.
Knead again and form a loaf, then place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Cover with a towel and proof again for 45 min. Preheat the oven to 200°C/390°F and bake for approx. 30 min.
