Chocolate Cookies

Step 1/6

• 50 g butter

Melt butter until fully melted

Step 2/6

• 66⅔ g flour

• whisk

Add flour to melted butter and mix

Step 3/6

• 16⅔ g brown sugar
• 6⅔ g sugar

Add brown and white sugar

Step 4/6

• ⅛ tsp salt
• ⅛ tsp baking soda

Add salt and baking soda

Step 5/6

• 16⅔ g milk chocolate pieces
• 6⅔ g dark chocolate pieces

Melt Half and mix them in the batter and then freeze for 5 minutes. Then, add the chocolate pieces into the batter.

Step 6/6

Bake until dark brown for 10-12 minutes.
