|1 cup||unsalted butter|
|1½ cups||light brown sugar|
|1½ cups||White sugar|
|3 tsp||vanilla extract|
|11½ oz||milk chocolate chips|
|11½ oz||semi-sweet chocolate chips|
With a mixer, whip butter and sugars until well blended
Scrap sides of bowl to make sure sugars and butter is well blended
Add both eggs and whip on medium until well blended. Now, add the vanilla.
Add flour and salt and stir JUST until blended - not too much!
Add chocolate chips and mix on low until just combined.
Drop by tablespoon on a parchment lined cookie sheet and bake at preheated 350 degree oven until just lightly brown at edges. Middle of cookie will look undone - that’s okay! Remove from the oven and let sit for a few minutes before eating!
