    • ⅓ tbsp Chicken gram masala
    • ⅓ tbsp Chicken seasoning
    • ⅓ tsp Red chili
    • 1 leaves bay leaves
    • ⅓ tsp ground cardamom
    • ⅓ strip cinnamon stick
    • 41⅔ g yogurt
    • ⅓ tsp coriander seed
    • 182⅔ g basmati rice
    • 1⅓ tbsp Chopped onion
    • 1⅓ tbsp Fresh coriander
    • cooking spoon, cooking pot

    Stir onion, adding the all the seasoning, then the fresh coriander, garlic & ginger paste, adding the chicken strips then mix well, next add the yogurt.. keep cooking until its ready for about 15 - 20 mins. Prepare the basmati rice as you wish then serve the “chicken biryani” with mix nuts on the top as garnish, don’t forget to drizzle some “saffron, rose water & cardamon powder mix” 🌾 bon appĂ©tit
