1 tsp salt
115 g unsalted butter

50 g 75% dark chocolate
50 g milk chocolate

    • 115 g unsalted butter
    • whisk

    whisk together the sugars, salt, and melted butter until a paste forms with no lumps

    Sift in the flour and baking soda, then fold the mixture with a spatula
