“This is one of my favorite omelet recipes. This recipe was taught to me by my mom. It is so good the cheese melts in the omelet as you are biting into it. Hope you enjoy!!!”

Ingredients

½ tsp black peppercorn (for garnish)
½ tsp salt
½ bar cheddar cheese
butter (for greasing)

    In a measuring cup or bowl, beat the eggs till they are nice and yellow.

    Then crush the black peppercorn and add it to the eggs with salt. Beat well

    Grease your pan with the butter or non stick spray. (Butter is better). Then pour your egg mixture on to the pan in a circle

    After about 4 minutes of your omelet on the pan chop up your cheddar cheese bar. Place the cheese in the center of the omelet and let cook. It is okay if you get little boy in the center

    Let your eggs cook for about 7 minutes. Finally, fold your omelet starting from the right side in. After you fold the omelet place it on your plate with some ketchup and veggies. This is the best breakfast ever.
