“I love soft, gooey chocolate chip cookies and couldn't find any in Germany that tasted like back home in the United States. After several somewhat succesful attempts at different recipes, I adjusted the ingredients and amounts to what is common here in Germany to make this delicious chocolate chip cookie!”
