Step 1/4
- 400 g flour
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
Pre-heat oven to 175°C. In a small bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder and salt.

- 200 g sugar
- 200 g brown sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla bean paste
- 300 g chocolate chips

In a large bowl, mix together butter, sugar, brown sugar and vanilla at high speed until creamy. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each.

Now using the dough hooks on your hand mixer on low speed, gradually add the flour mixture to the sugar mixture until well combined. Finally, stir in the chocolate chips by hand.

Place tablespoon-sized drops of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, leaving about two centimeters between each cookie. Bake about 9 to 11 minutes or until just golden brown. Remove from oven and let cool on a wire rack.
