|3 tbsp||parsley (or mixed green herbs)|
|½ tsp||spicy mustard|
|125 g||sour cream|
Peel and mince garlic. Add garlic, lemon juice, chopped parsley or other mixed fresh herbs, spicy mustard, mayonnaise, sour cream, and buttermilk to a small bowl.
Season to taste with salt and pepper. Stir to combine. Serve with salad, fried chicken, or as a dip for crudité!
