In a medium bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.￼
Make a well in the center of the dry ingredients. Then add buttermilk. Mix well together. Then add eggs, one at a time.
Use a small amount of oil (canola or vegetable works best) to a pan over low-medium heat.￼ use about 1/2 cup of batter and shake pan gently to spread. When bubbles form in the center, flip pancake over. Cook for equal amount of time and transfer to a serving plate.￼ Re-oil pan for each cake.
