Spray large skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Place on burner over medium heat. Add in hot sauce and chicken and stir.￼
Once chicken and sauce are thoroughly warmed, stir in cream cheese and ranch. Do not continue to next step until cream cheese is almost entirely melted & incorporated.
Stir in cheddar cheese 1/2 cup at a time until well-combined. Pour into bowl to serve or a slow cooker to keep warm.
