Ingredients

Servings:-4+
1 l water
eggs
2 tsp cumin seeds
2 tsp salt
1 tsp anise seeds
2 tbsp flour
bay leaves

Utensils

  • 2 cooking spoons

    • 2 tbsp flour
    • cooking spoon

    Put a pot on medium heat and put in flour. Heat it until turns slightly yellow.

    • 1 l water
    • whisk
    • cooking spoon

    While mixing flour with cooking spoon, slowly pour water in the pot and turn on high heat. Be careful not to make lumps of flour. If that happens, start mixing with whisk. Bring water to boil.

    • eggs

    Turn medium heat and slowly add whisked eggs to the pot while mixing.

    • 2 tsp cumin seeds
    • 2 tsp salt
    • 1 tsp anise seeds
    • bay leaves

    Add salt, anise seeds, cumin seeds and bay leaves and boil the soup one more time.

    Soup is ready to serve :)
