Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) Grease a baking pan with some butter.

- Œ scoops sugar
- â tsp salt
- â tsp vanilla extract
- â egg yolks
Cream butter and 1/2 cup sugar until fluffy. Add salt and vanilla. Add eggs to the sugar mixture; beat until creamy.

- â tsp baking soda
Combine the flour and baking powder; add alternately with milk. Coat berries with 1 tablespoon flour and add to batter.

- 25 ml milk
- 25 ml orange juice
Add the rest of the milk and the orange juice and stir well.

Add the blueberries to the mixture and mix once more

Pour into the baking pan and bake for 50 mins at 180°C or until firm and a knife comes out clean when inserted through the centre.

Serve with cream or vanilla ice cream or just by itself.
