Roughly chop hazelnuts. Julienne the apple.
Mix milk, yogurt, Greek yogurt, and honey in a large bowl.
Add apples, hazelnuts, oat flakes, and sultanas to the blended yogurt. Steep for a few hours or overnight before serving to allow the oats to become soft.
