    Thinly slice celery and add to a bowl. Thinly slice shallot and add to the bowl. Drain tuna and flake into the bowl. Add green goddess dressing, season with salt and pepper to taste, and mix to combine.

    Heat a frying pan over medium high heat. Add butter. Place one slice of bread in the pan and let toast for approx. 2 min. Spoon over some of the tuna salad. Top with the other slice of bread, add more butter to the pan, and flip. Toast until golden brown. Remove from heat and enjoy immediately!
