  • Step 1/3

    • salmon fillet
    • steaming tray
    • steam combination oven

For a tender, juicy salmon fillet: Place on a steaming tray and transfer to the third rack in the steam oven. Cook at 175°C/350°F with the addition of steam for approx. 15 – 20 min. Alternatively, steam at 100°C for approx. 10 – 16 min.

  • Step 2/3

    • pork tenderloin

For meat, such as pork tenderloin: Place meat on a steaming tray and transfer to the second rack in the steam oven. Steam at 100°C/210°F for approx. 18 – 20 min., using the full-steam function. Alternatively, sear meat before steaming, this will shorten the steaming time.

  • Step 3/3

    • broccoli

For vegetables, such as broccoli: Place broccoli florets on a steaming tray and transfer to the third rack in the steam oven. Steam at 100°C/210°F for approx. 7 – 8 min. The preparation time and temperature may vary depending on the type of vegetables. To gently reheat, select the function "reheat" and cook again for approx. 5 – 10 min. At 120°C/248°F. Fresh again!

  • Enjoy your meal!
