|190 ml||sweetened condensed milk|
|375 ml||heavy cream|
Blend avocado and sweetened condensed milk in a food processor with a pinch of salt. Whip heavy cream to stiff peaks in a cold bowl using a hand mixer.
Fold in the avocado purée and pour into a loaf pan lined with plastic wrap. Fold plastic over the top and freeze for at least 6 hrs. or overnight. Remove and slice. Enjoy!
